Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
* Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
* Overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, manage brand identity, and optimize marketing performance
* Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and campaign data to inform data-driven decision-making
* Coordinating and managing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
* Providing leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful marketing projects
* Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign management software
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
