Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Asset Performance & Data Analyst role supports the Chief of Building Management in analyzing operational, rental, and commercial data to improve occupancy, optimize space utilization, and increase income.
You will transform data into actionable insights that directly enhance revenue performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze occupancy rates, rental income, tenant turnover, and vacancy trend
- Monitor revenue per square meter and identify underperforming areas
- Develop monthly performance dashboards for management
- Conduct competitor rental benchmarking and market analysis
- Identify new income opportunities from underutilized spaces
- Support feasibility studies and scenario analysis with Finance team
- Analyze cost trends (utilities, maintenance, operations) and recommend improvements
- Standardize KPI reporting across properties
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis
- Experience in property or real estate sector is an advantag
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot, Power Query, Dashboard)
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong business understanding
- Able to present data clearly to management
