• Identify and approach target customers within the industrial sector in the assigned region
• Present engineering solutions related to warehousing, logistics, and supply chain systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business collaboration
• Prepare quotations and contracts tailored to customer requirements
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales Administration and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial, or a related field)
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial setting
• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
• Understanding of warehousing, logistics, or supply chain systems
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel to customer sites within the Eastern Seaboard region
• Experience in Material Handling or Heavy Machine or Automotive industries is a plus.
