Responsibilities
Scope of Management
Oversee two teams: Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA)
- HR: Recruitment, Training, ER
- GA: Canteen services, Cleaning, Security, Fleet/Vehicles
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Provide recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and critical talent management to support business objectives.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead recruitment for key positions (e.g. engineering and manufacturing roles).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, external search firms, and employer branding initiatives.
- Design and implement retention, succession, and high-potential talent development programs.
Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance
- Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws.
HR Operations & Projects
- Lead HR operational excellence initiatives and HR-related projects.
GA Management: Lead canteen, cleaning, security, and fleet/vehicle management, with overall responsibility for the planning, management, and continuous improvement of general affairs functions to support smooth operations and a positive working environment.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in managerial or HRBP roles
- Experience in technology, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, or multinational companies preferred
Language
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese (need to cooperate with TW and China colleague)
- Intermediate or above proficiency in English
Professional Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices
- Well-rounded HR expertise covering recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
- Ability to independently support business leaders with strategic thinking and strong execution capability
Personal Attributes
Strong communication and influencing skills; able to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels
Mature, stable, and capable of handling sensitive people and labor relations issues
Results-oriented, with strong business acumen and a high sense of accountability
