Responsibilities
Scope of Management
Oversea one team: Purchasing and material resource planning (MRP)
Key Responsibilities
Material supporting continuity (plan BOM material with sales forecast and actual demand, arrange purchase order and delivery with supplier and cowork with operations for any open issues.
Material inventory DIO management including plan, regular review and dispose abnormal cases with concerned department.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
College, University degree, with Procurement Experience at least 10 years:
Prior experience procuring material from Chinese suppliers is a plus.
Language
Proficiency in Thai, Chinese, and English is a plus.
Professional Competencies
MRP Expertise: Effective management of material delivery times (no stockouts) and inventory (no stagnant stock)
Communication and Coordination Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with different functional departments to achieve objectives.
Management Skills: Ability to lead subordinates in managing suppliers efficiently to complete tasks.
Basic Knowledge of Logistics Management: Basic understanding of inbound supply chain logistics.
Basic understanding of the LED packaging industry and processes is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SAP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI applications is a plus.
Personal Attributes
Integrity and Professional Ethics: Upholding company goals; refraining from abusing position for personal gain, such as demanding supplier kickbacks or entertainment.
