Responsibilities
- New material evaluation.
- New product introduction (NPI).
- Process and quality improvement.
- Product transfer management.
- Cross-functional coordination and project execution.
- Responsible in projects management for new product assembly & manufacturing readiness, material & time line management especially urgent customer samples build.
- Work closely with relate departments to ensure new product release and transfer to manufacturing on time.
- Support the following product development activities:
- Concept, planning, design and execution stages of major new products or product enhancements
- Risk assessment, Prototyping and engineering sample builds, Qualify new product and package
- Design and customer specification reviews and feedback to customer.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with AutoCAD will be advantaged
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
- Experience 0-10 years in IC or Electronics manufacturing or related fields.
- Good English communication skills for coordination with HQ.
- Positive mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Able to travel to China when required.
- LED industry experience is a plus.
