Demand Planning Analyst (Fresh graduates are welcome) - บริษัท เอสพีเอส เมดิคอล จำกัด

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts for production and inventory planning.
• Issue Work Orders based on demand plans and coordinate with the production team to establish appropriate schedules
• Closely monitor production status on the shop floor to ensure on-time delivery (Lead Time)
• Control and monitor stock levels
• Prepare summary reports on production and inventory status, while providing recommendations to reduce waste within operational processes

Work style: Onsite 100% (Mon - Fri and Sat 1 day per Month)

Location: Head Office (Soi Charoen Rat, Khlong San Near ICONSIAM)

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management,Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• Prior experience in production planning or operations within a manufacturing environment, especially in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry, will be highly considered.
• Fresh graduates with a strong drive and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
  " Candidates who have completed a Senior Project related to production planning or data analysis will have a distinct advantage"
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (proficiency in SAP is a significant plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (capable of data manipulation and utilizing complex formulas/functions)
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, fast learner, and the ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across various teams.
