Responsibilities
- Manage access control and ensure the use of the company's information systems is safe.
- Manage Support and Infrastructure teams in providing information system service and IT infrastructure.
- Provide IT equipment, software licensing, and installation also responsible for IT asset & inventory.
- Assist employees to solve problems using computers and various systems.
- Responsible for controlling documents, processes, usage, safety standards of information technology in various fields including Hardware, Software and Network to be effectively used also in accordance with the relevant laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related fields
- At least 2 years experience in IT services
- Good analytical, problem solving, and communications skills.
- Attention to detail, meeting commitments and delivering continual improvement within communicated and well managed budgetary restrictions.
