Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant / Secretary located in Bangkok. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the EVP, as well as assist with various projects for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project documents, calendars, arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, organizing paperwork, and performing other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
• Proficient in MS Office Suite 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Possess a proactive and positive attitude, and be a team player who is willing to take on additional responsibilities as required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus
