Job Purpose

To handle day-to-day procurement activities including purchase order issue. Screening and sourcing raw material and any other service request by related departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Sources and negotiates with suppliers on quality, cost and delivery so as to obtain the maximum benefit.
• Performs vendor selection for RFQ and evaluates Direct vendor capability/capacity
• Creates Purchase Order/Draft Contract, and ensures it compliance the company and department rules and regulations.
• Tracks and expedites the delivery.
• Handles the vendor billing.
• Performs regular performance review to drive continuous improvements.
• Prepares and updates Approved Vendor List and maintain Vendor Maser Data.
• Focus cost saving projects, researches the market to introduce the new source or technology.
• Resolves material non-conformance/discrepancy with supplier.
• Works as a liaison between suppliers and AAB to streamline relationships.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business management, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years procurement experience preferred in automotive. 
• Chinese Language is preferable.
• Company : Absolute Assembly Co., Ltd (Work on alternate Saturday)
