About the role
- We are seeking a talented and driven Legal Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Energy Absolute Public Company Limited'. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and advice to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of our business (EV Charger Business) As a member of our legal department, you will play a vital part in protecting the company's interests and contributing to its strategic growth
What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
- Advising on legal and regulatory compliance matters across the organisation
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the legal team
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Relevant legal degree and professional qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar in-house legal role or at a reputable law firm
- Strong understanding of commercial law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Thai
