Responsibilities
- Design speaker components, including part design and customer presentations. (Speaker product, E-Call speaker, ISS Speaker, Exciter Speaker)
- Design Review, DRBFM, Drawing Creation, New model control and preparation.
- 4M Change Development control, assembly trial and handle in Automotion R&D. (Understand IATF16949)
- Has knowledge of Catia/SolidWorks Operation and CMM / Microscope Measurement. Analysis skill.
- Analyze customer requirements to determine feasibility, cost, and capacity for production.
- Conduct evaluation and validation of new parts.
- Perform design reviews, DRBFM, and technical drawing creation.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, etc.) to ensure robust design and smooth mass production.
- Propose and implement VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) ideas for cost and performance improvement.Design&Development speaker product, E-Call speaker, ISS Speaker, Exciter Speaker
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Design & Development of products within the automotive or OEM industries.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management standards.
- Proficiency in CATIA or SolidWorks software.
- Experience in CMM and microscope measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
