Compliance & Legal Manager - บริษัท พานาโซนิค ออโต้โมทีฟ ซิสเต็มส์ เอเชีย แปซิฟิค จำกัด

(Compliance Job 80% and Legal 20%)

• Collaborate with the Compliance Management Team to ensure alignment with HQ directives.
• Align compliance policies with the organization's objectives and operations.
• Provide continuous compliance support and guidance on legal and regulatory matters.
• Communicate compliance requirements internally and conduct training for relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with legal requirements to ensure business operations stay in line with regulations.
• Work closely with business units and regulators to ensure full adherence to applicable rules and regulations.
• Support administrative tasks for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Shareholders' Meetings.
• Assist with other legal tasks or business transitions as needed.
• Provide consultation on labor law, PDPA, and laws related to the business operations of foreign companies, such as FBL, BOI, etc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Faculty of Law
• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal and compliance field, having experiences in international firm.
• Good commands of English and Thai
• Possession of Thai Attorney-at-Law License
• Competent level of skills in Microsoft Office /O365, Research, offhand problem solving
• Have experience in automotive, electronics industry
