• 5–7 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Project Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management for complex and dynamic projects.
• Customer-centric mindset with hands-on experience in Customer Journey Mapping and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience in retail, F&B, or e-commerce industries.
• Proficiency in data analytics & BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
• Understanding of personalization and AI/ML concepts for enhancing customer experience.
