Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships between employees, and between employees and the company.
- Plan, organize, and oversee activities that promote employee engagement and development.
- Communicate and publicize company information, announcements, regulations, and directives.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with employees and external stakeholders to strengthen organizational bonding.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations, conduct investigations in cases of policy violations, and handle employee complaints.
- Possess a solid understanding of labor law, labor relations, and disciplinary procedures, including investigation and resolution of workplace issues.
- Support organizational engagement activities and events, including festivals and special occasions.
- Promote and support behaviors that align with the company’s values and organizational culture.
- Organize employee activities such as annual parties, sports events, merit-making ceremonies, and other staff engagement events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law, labor relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to conduct investigations and handle employee grievances effectively and fairly.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan and organize events.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
