Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs aligned with business goals
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create annual development plans
- Manage end-to-end training projects (internal & external)
- Develop engaging learning materials (slides, toolkits, e-learning content, facilitator guides)
- Present and propose training solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, HRD, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development / HRD
- Strong curriculum design and learning material development skills
- Ability to present, pitch, and “sell” training programs with a consultative approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to collaborate well with diverse teams
