Responsibilities
- Control Failure Cost that occurs from market complaint and ensure the Market Failure Ratio meets quality targets.
- Analyze and control failure costs related to market complaints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate product failures.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
- Provide updates on product quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance product standards.
- Work closely with subsidiaries, headquarters, and customers to resolve quality concerns.
- Attend meetings with customers, subsidiaries, and headquarters to discuss product quality and improvement strategies.
- Support other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 550 or higher is preferred).
- Knowledge in quality analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
