Responsibilities
- Analyze problems and improve production processes efficiency to reduce waste.
- Design and implement effective production processes.
- Investigate product issues and prepare detailed reports.
- Review and approve work instructions and production-related documentation.
- Monitor daily operations and control production processes to meet targets.
- Ensure all production activities comply with required specifications and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in production engineering or the home appliances business would be an advantage.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks for technical drawings and design-related tasks.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
