• This position will responsible to control overall of SMT machine operation and regularly machine maintenance.

• Also lead to control SMT technician team skill up and daily reduce machine trouble time to archive company target.

• Even machine and technician control, this position have to control productivity, Quality improvement and budget corresponds to company target (Budget in this time is manpower expense, Cost per shot and loss time).

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in control process SMT Production.

• Good computer in MS Office and SMT NC program, SAP or any related similar SAP.

• Good English conversation.
