Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery schedules align with the production schedule and negotiate with vendors to adjust delivery on time.
- Conduct regular meetings with vendors and internal departments to resolve supply and production issues.
- Manage parts control for proper storage and smooth production.
- Responsible for downloading Purchase Order balance reports, updating vendors, and confirming receipt.
- Update Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data and confirm receipt.
- Follow up on replacement of defective or damaged parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration/Management, or any related fields.
- At least one year of experience in planning, or delivery/parts/production control.
- Good teamwork skills and able to work under pressure with limit time schedule.
- Good English communication skills.
- SAP or other ERP experience will be an advantage.
