Responsibilities
- Control and establish standard time, perform line balancing, and monitor production capacity and improvement activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Set up and optimize paint process parameters including mixing ratio, film thickness, curing conditions, and cycle time.
- Support paint line operations and troubleshoot process, equipment, and coating defects or damage.
- Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations to Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Conduct paint laboratory evaluations such as color matching, film thickness measurement, gloss, hardness, and salt spray testing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve paint-related issues and ensure process stability.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer or related fields and new graduates are welcome.
- Good English communication skills.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams.
- Experience in paint/coating production process or paint laboratory testing would be an advantage.
