Responsibilities

Accountabilites / Responsibilities:

: Contact customers for particularly inbound clearance shipments

: Understand the Customs EDI software

: Ensure to review and check the accuracy of shipping documents before submission through Customs EDI

: Liaison with shipping team to ensure the shipments have been cleared per service level agreementc been put on hold by Customs

: Find and advise the solution to the customers

: Close all pending files and upload data on the server

: Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

- Having direct experience in the position

- At least 3 working years of experiences

- Competent in using EDI software – NetBay, KSoft, EDS or any

- Good knowledge of import formality & procedures, with addition experiences of both import & export are an advantage

- Understand English at workable level

- Good team player and coordinate with others well

- สามารถใช้ระบบโปรแกรมด้านพิธีการได้ – NetBay, KSoft, EDS หรืออื่นๆ

- มีความรู้ด้านพิธีการ และขั้นตอนต่างๆ หากมีประสบการณ์ทั้งด้านขาเข้าและขาออกจะเป็นประโยชน์

- มีความเข้าใจในภาษาอังกฤษพอควร

- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานผู้อื่นได้ดี
