Responsibilities

- Prepare Quotation for new requirement, cost simulation, and any price requirements.
- Monitor claim and complaint issues by coordinating with concern Department (FQE, Logistics) to solve problems.
- Analyze customers’ forecast data to ensure accurate information, input into the company system, and report to Manager.
- Making a monthly/yearly sales plan based on customers’ forecast and market information, and monitoring orders to achieve sales targets.
- Responsibility of the customer’s order for delivery on time and negotiating with the customer for appropriate L/T, schedule, and forecast to prevent the production line stop.
- Coordinate with Japan HQ, factory, and overseas branches (in English) for getting support for customers' requirements.
- Document Support for customers.
- Find new customers and maintain current customers to increase sales and profit.
- Get customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing relations.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 29 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Sales B2B within industrial products
- Conversational high in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English to communicate with internal and external
- Having personal car and License (Able to go Visit clients onsite)
- Excellent in using computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, etc.
- Able to work under pressure and work as team.
- Adjustable personality, high motivation and Positive thinking.

< Preferable Skill / Experience >

- Experience in the semiconductor business is an advantage.
- TOEIC score 500+

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Flexible Monday-Friday 8:00 – 9:00am to 16:00 – 18:00pm. Work in Office, and WFH, depends on the discussion in the team*Employees under a probation period will depend on the assignment. )
