Responsibilities
【Interpreter】
• Interpret and translate with Japanese manager and all thai members and clients (including manufacturing area)
• Creating documents or permits related to Japanese individuals, such as visas and work permits.
• Coordinate and Following with all team to ensure that all teams are following the planned work schedule.
• Issue related documents and coordinate regarding delivery/Installation machine to local or oversea.
• Prepare and coordinate regarding car and hotel if working onsite at up country or oversea
• Training and support for fresh graduate interpreter
• Other worked assigned by Japanese manager
【Sales】
• Main mission is make good relaonship with existing clients and make sales results.
• Visit existiting clients and introduce products and hear clients requests
※Visit by company car and drive yourself
• Make proposal materials and have a presentation for clients
• Coodinate and handle with overseas clients such as other south asia, india, Japan etc by English
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
• Create Sales Reports and provide feedback to the manager
• Issue Quotation, Invoice, and some other sales documents
• Other worked assigned by Japanese manager
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Conversational middle to Business level of Japanese language (N3 Up)
• Have willing to try a sales position
• Can commute by yourself
• Able to work under pressure
• Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following conditions will be preferable
• Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferable
• Experience as an interpreter in Japanese company will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Pinthong industrial Sriracha
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri, Saturday is 1 time per month)
