Production Supervisor (Filling&Packing) (40K – 50K) (SDG-130899) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Plan and control the production process to meet departmental goals and align with company policies.

• Control customer and company raw materials to prevent operational losses; report issues to supervisors.

• Ensure production processes strictly follow standard operating procedures; lead and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and alignment with company objectives.

• Troubleshoot basic production issues and collaborate with supervisors to maintain quality control.

• Coordinate and resolve issues with relevant departments when production processes or product quality deviate from specified requirements.

• Verify the accuracy of production-related documents; analyze production reports and problems.

• Supervise and guide subordinates in performance development; ensure all employees comply strictly with company regulations and GMP standards.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• High diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.

• At least 3 years working experience about production in Cosmetic or consumer goods industry.

• At least 1 year experience managing subordinate in any manufacturing industry.

• Have strong experience in ISO14001:2015, GMP, FDA is a must.

• Have working experience about machine control and maintenance.

• Conversational daily-middle level of English. (Internal communication and document)

• Able to use MS Office.

• Able to attend face to face interview.

• Have experience about GMP in Cosmetic company is an advantage.

• Good command in English or Japanese is an advantage.

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Pluakdaeng, Rayong

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon- Fri. No Saturday working)

Salary: 40,000–50,000THB
