Responsibilities
• Be responsible sales target in monthly yearly
• Main responsible is existing clients (90%), new clients activity10%
• Manage with internal department such as production, QAQC department as according clients requests
• Manage and training sales members around 5 persons (field sales)
• Report to Japanese manager and Japanese president
• Other task will be assigned by top management
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years experience as Sales in Automobiles industry (Prefer Resin mold product)
• More than Conversational high level Japanese skills (Can communicate and sales to Japanese person in charge)
• At least 5 years experience as Assistant manager level over
• Conversational middle level of English
• Not job hopper ( At least 3 years working experience in same company)
• At least 3 years of experience in Plastic Injection industry will be preferable
• Experience of sales activity to Japanese big automobiles company will be preferable
• Have knowledge related "Resin molding parts" or any engineer background will be preferable
• Work or Study in Japan or High Japanese skills will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri, (Saturday 3 times per 1 year))
