• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of CNC operators and technicians.

• Ensure efficient and accurate operation of CNC machines and equipment.

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines.

• Implement best practices and ensure adherence to quality control standards.

• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.

• Train and mentor junior staff members.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Able to operate CNC machine & able to program CNC machine.

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field

• Have working experience about CNC at least 15 years of working experience in any manufacturing industry

• Have management experience at least 2 years as Manager or higher

• Strong technical understanding of CNC technology, including programming, machine operation, and maintenance

• Able to fix CNC machinery by yourself

• Conversational high - business level of English *Interview and work in English

• Have working experience with Brother CNC will be preferable

Workplace Area: Laemchabang Industrial Estate Si Racha District, Chonburi

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: None)

Salary: 100,000–150,000THB
