• Root cause analysis and solve the problems that occur in the production process.

• Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions (CMM, Contour, IM , Profile Damage/Roughness).

• Reviewing New model drawing and receive ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and specifications to compare to produced goods.

• Check the quality of materials and parts received from supplier

• Manage the task to meet with KPI target, and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI

• Prepare documents and report which is needed to submit to client

• Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem

• Train junior staff to perform more efficient

• Other tasks assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 3 years working experience as QC engineer from iron, steel, metal product in automotive manufacturing only.

• At least 1 year experience as Management control subordinate.

• Able to use measuring dimensions (CMM, Contour, IM , Profile Damage/Roughness).

• Good knowledge of 8D report, problem-solving, why analysis, IATF 16949.

• Conversational low level in English (Read and write a report)

• Not job hopper will be preferable

• Working experience in Machining process will be preferable

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate (Phase 1) Sriracha, Chonburi

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday (Saturday Working: one a month or twice a month))

Salary: 31,000–36,000THB
