• Possess an in-depth knowledge of business products, Hydraulic systems, Heavy Industry, Industrial equipment, Maintenance of governor/turbine systems.

• Lead, coach, and support the team for all problem-solving activities and manage customer expectations.

• Formulate successful sales strategies and ensure annual goals are achieved.

• Drive overall profitability through market research, management of sales networks, and marketing of hydraulic products.

• Assist in studying energy market trends, analyzing competitors' strategies, and conducting company SWOT analysis.

• Develop strategies for future products or new opportunities with the team to increase sales, market share, and explore new markets.

• Oversee and strengthen relationships with key account customers and suppliers.

• Be responsible for after-sales services and support the sales team in analyzing and solving on-site problems.

• Be available and willing to travel domestically and internationally to support service operations and attend meetings as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 8 years of experience in sales engineering, or business development within industrial or energy-related businesses.

• Management experience 3 years as Assistant Manager - Manager level.

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, heavy industry, industrial equipment, and maintenance systems such as governor/turbine systems.

• Conversational middle level in English communication skills, both written and spoken. (Communicate with overseas clients (mainly Europe and Germany)

• Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 60,000–80,000THB
