- Supervise and Control production processes to ensure operations achieve the established targets.

- Manage and Oversee production staff and subordinates to ensure work is performed according to standard operating procedures and quality requirements.

- Plan, troubleshoot, and Continuously improve production processes to Maintain smooth and efficient operations.

- Develop and implement improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.

- Coordinate with related departments such as quality Assurance (QA), quality Control (QC), Warehouse, engineering, Planning, and other relevant teams.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 

- At least 4 years of experience in an assembly production line environment.

- Conversational middle in English for daily internal Conversation and report writing.

- Ability to understand and interpret electrical single-line diagrams will be an advantage.

- Experience in transformer assembly
