Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage existing customer relationships (30%) and lead internal operations (70%), including stock control, inventory control, delivery control, and team management.
• Lead and manage the sales and operations team, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (100%).
• Visit customers within Thailand using a company car with a driver provided.
• Oversee internal control processes related to stock control, inventory management, and delivery control to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to align stock availability with customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Supervise order fulfillment activities, including order processing, shipment arrangements, and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Lead and manage procurement activities, including supplier coordination, negotiation, and cost optimization for raw materials and supplies.
• Handle BOI applications, incentive management, and oversee import-export procedures and customs clearance activities.
• Provide support in resolving customer complaints, delivery issues, and operational challenges by coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance and prepare reports to improve inventory accuracy, delivery efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Manage, coach, and develop team members, including performance monitoring, task allocation, and capability development to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or related functions in manufacturing or trading companies (Metal, Steel, Aluminum, Copper products).
• At least 2 years of management experience, including team supervision and performance management as Assistant Manager level up.
• Conversational high level of Japanese or above (used in meetings and internal communication) or conversational high level of English. (Internal Communication)
• Strong experience in stock control, inventory control, and delivery control within a manufacturing or trading environment.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional operations involving sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and customer service.
• Knowledge of import-export procedures, BOI regulations, and customs clearance processes would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in purchase/procurement management will be preferable.
• Experience in handling BOI applications and import-export procedures will be preferable.
• Experience in providing customer support, including complaint handling and technical surveys will be preferable.
• Have JLPT N3-N1 will be preferable.
• Have TOEIC score more than 500+ will be preferable.

Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn (Phase 1) Muang, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: average 5 times per year)
