Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the international sales team (no member in Thailand, 4 Sales members in Hong Kong branch) to achieve business growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand business in target overseas markets, particularly in the automotive and electrical/electronics industries.
• Manage key accounts, including major automotive manufacturers and electrical/electronics companies, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients for audio component products.
• Lead sales negotiations and contract closures, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, engineering, and product planning to align sales strategies with company capabilities and market demands.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
• Oversee and support team members in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Visit customers within Thailand approximately twice per month.
• Business trips to the United States and Europe approximately once per year.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience 

• Bachelor's degree.
• Business level of English (can write and read e-mail/online meeting with US or European companies 1 time per month)
• At least 5 years of sales or sales engineer experience in the automotive-related industry
• Experience in new product development and project management
• Understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation required for mass production launch (can communicate and discuss related matters with customers)
• Work experience in Japanese company
• Conversational high to Business level of Japanese will be preferable
• Can join business trips to the United States and Europe approximately once per year will be preferable
• Work experience in Japan will be preferable

• English : Business Level
• Japanese : None

Workplace Area: Amata City Rayong Pluak Daeng
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday working; every other week)
