Senior New Model Engineer (50K – 60K) (SDG-131544) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Act as the primary technical interface with SHARK R&D teams from conceptual design stage through industrialization and production launch

• Translate design concepts into manufacturable products while maintaining product functionality, quality, and design intent 

• Analyze and validate 3D models and engineering drawings using CATIA, including draft analysis, thickness analysis, undercut verification, and dimensional reviews 

• Lead and manage New Model projects from development stage through SOP (Start of Production) 

• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, technical issues, and timing concerns 

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project targets related to quality, cost, and delivery are achieved 

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding development of molds, jigs, fixtures, and production tooling 

• Monitor tooling fabrication progress, tooling trials, sample evaluation, and technical compliance 

• Support tooling improvement and process optimization activities to ensure production readiness 

• Oversee development and validation of helmet components including Shell, EPS, Visor, Plastic Parts, and related assemblies 

• Support process development related to molding, painting, assembly, and composite manufacturing operations 

• Plan and execute prototype builds, pilot production, and trial run activities 

• Develop and maintain BOMs, work instructions, assembly guidelines, and engineering documentation 

• Successful launch of new models according to project timeline and SOP targets 

• Accuracy and completeness of engineering documentation and BOM structures 

• Effective management of tooling development and supplier coordination 

• Product manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and process stability 

• Reduction of technical issues during prototype, trial, and mass production stages 

• Compliance with international safety and certification standards 

• Improvement of product quality, production efficiency, and cost optimization 

• Effective cross-functional coordination throughout project lifecycle

• Support ISO systems, audit activities, and engineering documentation control requirements 

• Perform other duties assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 

• At least 3 years of experience in New Model Development, Product Development, Industrialization, or New Product Introduction (NPI) from any manufacturing.

• Strong proficiency in CATIA, including 3D modeling, drawing interpretation, and technical analysis 

• Good understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles 

• Strong knowledge of Injection Molding, Composite Materials, Painting, Assembly, and manufacturing processes 

• Experience in tooling development, mold validation, and production trial activities 

• Good understanding of BOM management, routing, work instructions, and engineering documentation 

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical troubleshooting skills 

• Good project management and cross-functional coordination skills 

• Conversational high - business level in English (Coordinate with French R&D team / Report to Belgium GM / Interview in English)

• Experience in automotive, motorcycle helmet, composite product, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred 

• Experience working in mass production environment and supporting product launches is an advantage

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and structured product development processes is highly preferred 

• Management experinece as Senior or Leader

Workplace Area: Klaeng, Rayong

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday / Saturday working: Everage 2 Sat per month *Depends on company calendar)
