Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the company's management policy, quality targets, and environmental targets.
• Handle customer claims, including investigation and initial response.
• Summarize and prepare detailed reports on customer claims.
• Handle customer audits and verification processes.
• Set up, review, and update relevant work instructions and related forms.
• Support the maintenance and implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO/TS16949 management systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors to ensure quality system efficacy.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year experience as QA in Electronic company (PCB) products..
• Have experience in ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949 (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma)
• Conversational middle-high level in English. (contact oversea client)
• Able to use MS Office.
• Experience with customer audits in the electronics manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Good command in English is an advantage.
