QA Division Manager (65K – 75K) (SDG-131660) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure product and process quality.

• Report quality issues to management and implement procedures to address quality concerns.

• Conduct internal audits and quality risk analysis at the production site.

• Handle customer audits, including preparation, coordination, and responses to audit findings from overseas customers.

• Act as the main contact point for customers and report quality matters to the parent company.

• Prepare, manage, and submit quality-related documents and reports required by customers.

• Investigate quality issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce daily and monthly problems.

• Monitor KPI performance and analyze issues to achieve quality targets.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial) or related field.

• Conversational middle-high level in English. (Contact oversea customers)

• At least 5 years of experience in QA or QC roles in Electronics manufacturing, preferably within PCB related company.

• At least 2 years experience in leading and managing quality teams as Manager level.

• Strong experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

• Strong experience in conducting internal audits, handling customer audits, and performing quality risk analysis.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills to interface with other departments and customers.

• Able to use MS Office.

• Strong experience in handling customer audits from overseas customers.

• Good command in English is an advantage.

Workplace Area: Amphur Srimahaphote, Prachinburi

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat :Every other Saturday))
