Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead the quality management system, including ISO operation, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage quality control throughout CNC machining processes for cast components and precision metal shaft products.
• Supervise incoming, in-process, final, and outgoing quality inspections while leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop quality standards, inspection procedures, and preventive quality control measures.
• Lead customer complaint handling and ensure timely corrective action implementation.
• Manage, coach, and develop the quality team, including FQC, IPQC, and OQC supervisors.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• At least 6 years of Quality Manager experience in the machining industry (casting related)
• Hands-on experience in quality management for CNC machining of die-cast or cast metal components.
• Experience establishing and improving ISO 9001 or equivalent Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional quality improvement projects
• Team management experience
• Knowledge of quality risk analysis and preventive quality control
• Experience handling customer complaints and quality reporting
• Communication skills in English or Chinese is advantage
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amata city Industrial Estate Pluakdaeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Saturday)
