Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Develop new business opportunities for ocean and air freight services
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations and Negotiate logistics service proposals
- Coordinate customs clearance, domestic transportation, packing, and import/export documentation
- Input sales and cost data into the internal system
- Prepare Invoices and payment request documents
- Select, Manage, and maintain relationships with logistics partners and subcontractors
- Coordinate with the operations team and overseas offices to Ensure smooth shipment execution
- Support continuous business improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Take on sales team management responsibilities in the future as part of the company's localization plan
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 49 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience in the Ocean/freight forwarding industry
- Conversational high level of English communication skills for internal and external communication
- Strong Knowledge of ocean and air freight shipment processes including customs clearance and export/import documentation
- Management Experience
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience handling both ocean and air freight sales
- Experience preparing quotations and managing shipment profitability
- Experience coordinating with overseas offices or Headquarters
- Experience managing subcontractors or logistics partners
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday - Friday)
