Responsibilities
[Accounting and Compliance]
- Oversee and control daily accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai financial reporting Standards (TFRS), tax laws, and corporate laws, and Lead coordination with external auditors and the revenue Department.
- Develop tax strategies, particularly in areas related to Transfer Pricing, compliance requirements, and tax optimization planning.
[2. Finance and Strategy]
- Manage and optimize cash flow efficiency.
- Oversee liquidity management, daily cash inflows and outflows, and Prepare financial plans.
- Execute payments and issue invoices to vendors/suppliers accurately and on time.
- Manage financial risks and strengthen governance systems to prevent fraud and liquidity issues.
- Prepare regular financial reports and communicate with the head office in Japan.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 37 - 47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting or finance management within a private company
- At least 3 years in Assistant Manager or Manager level with (experience managing a team of approximately 3 or more members)
- Knowledge in accounting : Expertise in Thai financial reporting Standards (TFRS), tax laws, and corporate laws, with Experience leading coordination with external auditors and the revenue Department.
- Knowledge in Finance : Experience in Transfer Pricing and compliance requirements, providing management advice to the country’s top executive (Managing Director) based on financial data and analysis
- Experience in cash flow management and handling daily cash receipts and payments.
- Conversation High to Business-level English proficiency (able to negotiate and report to the head office or external stakeholders).
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word,Excel,powerpoint)
- Must be Able to Lead the team to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and logical analytical skills, with the Ability to drive cross-functional problem-solving.
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- CPD or CPA license
- Experience in establishing and managing reporting processes to headquarters within a Japanese company or multinational corporation.
- Knowledge of International financial reporting Standards (IFRS) and Experience in reconciling and aligning differences between Local accounting Standards and International standards.
- Experience in implementing or working with global ERP systems such as SAP, as well as improving operational efficiency through driving digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
-Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) to ensure smooth coordination with the head office.
