Responsibilities

- Plan, control, and manage injection molding operations to achieve the organization’s goals

- Oversee the injection molding process to ensure IT meets quality standards and production efficiency

- Analyze and resolve issue arising in the production process systematically

- Manage machinery and molds, including planning and overseeing maintenance to ensure effective and continuous operation

- Coordinate with other departments such as QA, planning, and maintenance to ensure smooth production flow

- Develop and train team members to enhance knowledge, skills, and overall performance of the Department

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 39 years old

- Bachelor's degree

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding processes

- Strong knowledge and skills in controlling injection machine parameters, mold setup, and troubleshooting machine or product quality issues

- Proficient in basic computer programs

- Ability to read technical drawings and understand electronic product specifications

- Experience in team management

- Experience in quality control activities (QC) and quality and environment management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001

- Skills in production planning, personnel management, and cost control

- Experience of production line supervision At a supervisor or manager level

- Can join immediately or short period of notice

- Conversational middle level of English language skills (for email/documentation)

- Can Communicate effectively with external clients

Workplace Area: Rojana industrial park

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Every other Saturday, depending on the internal company calendar.))
