Responsibilities

To support the Japanese Managing Director by coordinating communication, preparing meeting documents, providing interpretation and translation support, and handling visa and work permit processes to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support the Japanese Managing Director by arranging Work schedules
- To attend board meetings and take minutes of the meeting
- Interpret and facilitate communication between Japanese and Thai staff
- Help and Coordinate with other departments
- Prepare and summarize relevant documents for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Handle and translate relevant documents between English, Thai, and Japanese
- Handle Work Permit and VISA arrangements for Japanese officers in the company
- Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >


- Thai nationality, Female, age 28 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Secretary, VISA, and Work Permits for the Japanese Managing Director
- Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2) (communicate with Japanese Managing Director)
- Conversational middle level in English (use for email, documents, and reports)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently (stand alone) and manage the entire process on one’s own

< Preferable Skill / Experience >

- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in a logistics company

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level

Workplace Area: Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30 (Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: Around 1-2 times per month according to the company's calendar)
