Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and optimal performance of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production machinery.
- Maintaining professional and technical mechanical/pneumatical/hydraulically
- Maintaining an updated mechanical Documentation in the area (AutoCAD plans, mechanical, pneumatical, hydraulic drawings, etc.)
- Ensuring a proper diagnostic of mechanical problems, repair and restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns.
- Ensuring the implementation of the local Maintenance strategy (including TPM implementation Support, Maintenance processes improvements including PM, interfaces with other departments, condition monitoring tools implementation, etc.)
- Ensuring Environment, Safety and Health requirement fulfillment in responsibility.
- Identifying, analyzing and insuring the implementation of potential mechanical improvements on area production machineries in cooperation with other
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer
- At least 3 years as mechanical engineer or maintenance engineer from manufacturing company (Melting furnace such as Glass, Metal, Steel, Alumenium,Copper)
- Conversation High level in English (To have monthly meeting, presentation with JP Management, also use in e-mail and report)
- Knowledge in energy saving and cost reduction.
- Knowledge in Quality System and Standards (ISO 9000 / ISO 14000)
- knowledge Health and Safety Standards and compliance law
- Have engineering License.
