Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s safety management system in compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations.
- Control and Monitor Safety Management to follow the company policy / procedure and concerned regulation.
- Advise, Supervise, accompany with concerned function on Safety Management implementation including continual improvement.
- Carry on based behavior on Safety Management system for all associates with consistent and effectiveness implementation
- Create, implement and maintain Safety procedure and performance to control and minimize hazard.
- Organize and manage Safety committee, ergonomics Team on activities and performances.
- Comply and submit all concerned Safety data, Report as corporate and local authorities.
- Encourage associated awareness and recognition to improve Safety, Health and Environment issue through various methods.
- Evaluate the effective action taken on the incident, the causes of occurrence of danger, illness or distress and disturbances owning to working and Report results and give recommendations.
- Gather and analyze data, statistics, recommendations and Prepare reports both internal and external by law on the occurrence of danger, illness or distress and disturbance owning to working of employee.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- At least 2 years of experience in the safety field within a manufacturing environment, specifically in heavy industries such as glass, metal, aluminum, copper, zinc, or lead, or related industries involving smelting or melting processes.
- Conversation High level in English (To have monthly meeting, presentation with JP Management, also use in e-mail and report)
- Certificate on professional Safety.
- Ability to control and monitoring the safety standard measurements which related on the functions.

- Can immediately or early join

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
