Responsibilities
• Responsible for Kaizening and costing down machine line.
• Control productivity and follow up production plan.
• Control quality and errors of Machine line. (CNC machine)
• Responsible for troubleshooting quality and production issue.
• Maintain positive and production communication with related departments.
• Allocate manpower in accordance with production capacity.
• Supervise and control quality operations to ensure effectiveness.
• Supervise and control employees’ work to ensure it follows the production plan.
• Control measuring instruments and resolve quality issues with QC.
• Summarize performance results and report to management.
• Support internal and external audits (ISO / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / 5S).
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-48 years
• Male Gender
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
• At least 8 years experiences as Machining Engineer, Mechanicals Engineer in automotive manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years management experiences as Assistant Manager or higher level.
• Strong experience about CNC machine.
• Have experience in automotive part drawing, APQP, new model.
• Have experience about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
• Conversational daily - middle level of English.
• Not job hopper.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Good command in English is an advantage.

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Phrase 2 Bankao, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Twice a month)
