Responsibilities
Responsible for improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure stable production performance through KPI monitoring and standardization.
[Production]
- Analyze and improve the production process (Process Improvement).
- Reduce scrap/waste and increase productivity.
- Analyze problems in the production line (Root Cause Analysis).
- Monitor and control KPIs such as OEE and Yield Rate.
- Prepare work Instructions and Standard Operating procedures.
[Maintenance]
- Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns.
- Analyze the Root Cause of machine downtime and Prepare reports.
- Control and manage Spare Parts inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers in case of machine issues or technical support.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields)
Candidate A or B can apply
- (A) At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environments (HVAC, Ventilation, Duct, Air Conditioning, Cooling Tower, Chiller etc.)
- (B) Fresh grad with direct internship experience are welcome
- Conversation Middle in English (for daily communication, report and e-mail)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of PM (Preventive Maintenance) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to Analyze and Troubleshoot machine problems.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and the Ability to Handle unexpected situations effectively
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- PLC will Be an advantage.

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday (Saturday Working: Every other Saturday))
