Responsibilities

To oversee our human resources development functions. The ideal candidate will focus on organizational management, human resource development, competency frameworks, and career path planning
1. Strategic HR Initiatives
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support talent development, change Management, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead performance Management, talent Management, and succession planning
2. Human Resource Development
- Develop HR programs, assess training needs
- Analyze program effectiveness using performance evaluations and KPIs
3. Competency & Career Path Planning
- Manage competency frameworks, develop career paths
- Develop plans, including succession planning and leadership development
4. Management Reporting & Compliance
- Monitor and improve HRD Management reports
5. Other tasks as assigned by the Report Line

Qualifications

< Necessary Skill / Experience >


- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 43 years old
- Bachelor's degree, At least 3 years of experience in HRD, Strategies, and Organizational plan from Manufacturing
- At least 1 year of Experience in a Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager Level
- Conversational high Level in English
  (Communicate and report directly to the Japanese Managing Director, emails, and documents)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently
- High Level of integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
- Organization design, career path, talent Management, succession planning, and job evaluation

< Preferable skill/Experience >

- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in consumer manufacturing

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang Pu Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 7:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (Monday - Thursday 9 hours: 07:30 - 17:30 and Friday 8 hours: 07:30 - 16:30))
