Responsibilities
- Plan and manage customer service cases in accordance with the company’s policies.
- Supervise the work of staff in the Department, such as repairs, installation, and providing guidance.
- Ensure that employees Perform their duties in line with the set targets.
- Provide technical advice and product knowledge to relevant staff and customers using Engineering knowledge.
- Report Service issues or handle customer complaints.
- Control spare parts inventory and Report on STOCK storage.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Electroic Engineer)
- At least 2 year of work experience in Service Engineer and Maintanence Engineer
- Experience in Service-related work related to electrical / Electronic products and circuit boards
- Conversational Low Level in English, can handle simple communication such as self-introduction
- Good communication skills and a calm/patient personality
< Preferable skill >
- Conversational high in Japanese (N1,N2)
