Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase requisition
- Inspection of incoming machinery parts, equipment, molds and mandrels.
- Renovation and maintenance of structures and utilities.
- New machinery and electrical system installation work.
- Prepare and Control annual maintenance plans.
- Control of machinery repairs When damaged
- Work controlling the repair of machinery and equipment at the work site.
- Control and Support work for heat treatment process
- Electrical system maintenance and improvement work.
- Annual inspection and maintenance of hoists and cranes (every 3 months).
- Supervise and control the work of subordinates to ensure compliance with the company’s 5S and safety policies.
- Check and prepare equipment for the maintenance system.
- Other assigned task by the manager
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in PLC maintenance, machinery control, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge in PLC (Read, Write, Edit & Make new program)
- English Conversational Middle Level (email and documents)
- Have knowledge of Steel
- Passion in Steel industry
< Preferable Skills/Experience >
- Experience with Steel manufacturing
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
