Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and develop new customers in both domestic and international markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Communicate and coordinate with overseas clients, especially Japanese customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, including promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Coordinate internally with related departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 3 years in Sales and Marketing in any manufacturing industry.
• Conversational middle - high level of Japanese (JLPT N3 up)
• Conversational middle - high level of English. (Coordinate with overseas clients, & Japanese customers.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally if required.
• Have skills in analyzing marketing data & customer behavior and can plan marketing strategies will be an advantage
• JLPT certification (N2 or above) will be an advantage

Workplace Area: WHA Industrial Estate 1 Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Saturday Working: Every other Saturday)
