Responsibilities
• Coordination with the other sections, Follow up on plans and activities in the warehouse department.
• Review the method and process before proposing to department head & management team.
• Set standard and improvement operation efficiency and comply with requirements and standard of customer and educate to subordinate.
• Take care of the warehouse space of the cargoes to meet the needs of the customer and control the storage of cargoes in the warehouse and meet the requirements.
• Follow up and control operations to ensure the highest safety (Zero Accident).
• Support with the other departments and customers to ensure efficient operations as well as solving various problems that occur in W/H and find a good ways to prevent for efficiency and to achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor's degree in logistic or related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse Control from Automotive manufacturing industry or Logistic field (Consider only logistic for automotive part product)
• At least 2 years of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level
• Conversational middle - high level of English *interview in English (Report directly to Japanese management)
• Able to use MS Office.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Business level in English will be preferable
