*Existing and new clients (the ratio depends on situation)

- Present Air duct and ventilation system products and services to project clients.

- Visit and meet with clients such as Main Contractors, MEP Contractors, and project Owners.

- Review drawings and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) in order to Prepare and submit Quotations.

- Coordinate with the design/Engineering Team and installation team.

- Prepare quotations and Follow up with clients to close sales.

- Provide after-sales Support and Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Conduct site surveys when required.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 23 - 37 years old

- Bachelor's degree

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Candidate A or B can apply

- (A) At least 1 year of experience in project sales or sales engineer related to HVAC, ducting, or ventilation systems

- (B) At least 1 year of experience in project sales or sales engineer in industial products (Home Electronic, Building materials, Machinery), taking care of Contractor,Developer,Construction firm

- Conversation Middle in English (To communicate in meeting, report and e-mail)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to use AutoCAD.

- Able to Visit project sites (site work) when required.

- Have driving license

- Must be able to drive and travel to upcountry/provincial areas (Bangkok, Samuthprakarn, Rayong, Pathumthani,Ayuthaya etc.)

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- knowledge of Air conditioning systems or Air duct/ventilation systems will Be an advantage.

- Experience in hunting new clients

- Having an existing contractor client network will Be an advantage.
